Accommodation Assistant

About the role

The Accommodation Assistant joins the award‑winning team at Hyatt Centric The Liberties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑presented, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, checking that all equipment functions correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department.
• Complete all housekeeping checklists by the end of each shift.
• Follow hotel policies, especially environmental and health‑safety standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with any additional reasonable duties.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleaning standards, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and perform other manual tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
