Accommodation Manager

About the role

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead the accommodation and housekeeping teams across its portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest experience, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor work standards to guarantee the highest quality of service.
• Allocate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Develop employees for career progression and advancement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee cleanliness of public areas, conference suites, and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to sustain consistent hotel standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an accommodation department.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to assist other departments when needed.
