Accommodation Manager

About the role

The Diamond Coast Hotel is seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead its accommodation team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service and operational efficiency across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all rooms, furnishings and facilities are cleaned, serviced and maintained to premium standards.
• Coordinate room availability with reception and communicate any discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee daily inspections, VIP and long‑stay guest handling, and random quality checks.
• Schedule and supervise staff based on forecasted occupancy, adjusting rotas as needed.
• Manage lost‑and‑found processes, strict key control, and energy cost optimisation.
• Supervise maintenance of HVAC, lifts, fire alarms and other essential equipment.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver courteous, trouble‑free service.
• Experience in managing hotel accommodation operations and staff.
