Airport Concierge (Part-Time)

About the role

Air Canada is seeking a part‑time Concierge Agent to deliver premium, personalized service to Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, Signature class and other high‑value customers at Dublin Airport. Working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will be the first point of contact for VIP travellers, ensuring a seamless and memorable airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet premium passengers at check‑in, escort them to the lounge and assist with any immediate needs.
• Support arrivals and departures by handling ticketing issues, upgrades, connections, baggage retrieval and last‑minute arrangements.
• Assist at gates during boarding, liaise with the 24/7 Concierge Desk and coordinate with local hotels or other airlines as required.
• Provide solutions during irregular operations and maintain daily activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with Air Canada uniform, grooming, airport security and safety policies.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Ireland and ability to obtain an airport pass.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and a customer‑service mindset.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Willingness to travel for training or seminars.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using the ALTEA reservations system.
