Architectural Technologist

About the role

MOLA Architecture is expanding its presence in the West and Southwest of Ireland with a new office in Limerick. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join a design‑focused practice that delivers projects from sketch design through construction across residential, commercial, hospitality and large‑scale developments.

Key responsibilities

• Support design development and tender assembly for a variety of sectors.
• Produce detailed construction documentation and technical detailing.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities in partnership with the Project Architect and main contractor teams.
• Assist with statutory consent processes and ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and the BC(A)R process.

Required profile

• Architectural Technologist with at least 4 years post‑graduate experience.
• Site experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statutory consent processes, Building Regulations and BC(A)R.
• Excellent communication, organisational and coordination abilities.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible, able to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
