Artificial Intelligence Architect – Fintech (up to €140k)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑driven fintech building private‑equity and investment‑banking solutions in Dublin. As an Artificial Intelligence Architect you will lead the design and delivery of multi‑agent systems, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and end‑to‑end LLM‑Ops for our core products. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent architectures (supervisor‑worker, hierarchical teams) and RAG pipelines over proprietary data.
• Select and integrate LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Build safe tool‑use and function‑calling capabilities for agents interacting with APIs, databases and SaaS platforms.
• Define guardrails and optimise prompting strategies (CoT, ReAct, ToT) for reliability and low latency.
• Own LLM‑Ops including evaluation (Ragas, DeepEval), observability (LangSmith, Arize, Datadog) and cost‑performance trade‑offs.
• Take prototypes to scalable production using containerised cloud deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure) with modular, testable code.

Required profile

• Architect‑level experience delivering production‑grade agentic AI systems in established companies or scaled startups.
• Hands‑on expertise with Python and strong TypeScript skills.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end AI architecture deployment on cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML or a related engineering field.
• Professional English communication skills.
