Assistant Manager – Bar Hospitality (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional bar service at our Dublin City Centre location. This role is ideal for an ambitious, friendly, customer‑focused professional with solid experience in an Irish bar environment, who wants to grow within a leading hospitality group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction on every shift.
• Assist the General Manager with daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and cash handling.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the highest standards of product quality and hygiene.
• Lead, coach and develop bar staff, fostering teamwork and a positive work culture.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to protect the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience working in an Irish bar.
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Friendly, ambitious, and highly customer‑oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Bar service and operations experience.
