Bar Tender – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Bar Tender to join the Sheen Bar, Brasserie and Sheen Lounge team at Sheen Falls Lodge. The successful candidate will deliver 5‑star beverage and food service, creating memorable experiences for guests throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails and food items across the lounge, restaurant, library, drawing room and bar areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
• Manage stock rotation, storage, keg changes and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing the Micros POS system.
• Provide friendly, efficient service during shifts that include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Positive attitude toward guests and colleagues at all times.
• Self‑motivated with strong personal organisation, able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of food & beverage service standards and cocktail preparation.
• Understanding of beverage origins and a wide range of drink recipes.
• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
