About the role

Join the hospitality team at Bellingham Castle as a Breakfast Shift Food & Beverage Assistant. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑standard breakfast service to guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty on time in the correct uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Prepare the assigned service area, including table setups, cleaning, and stock checks.
• Follow all hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and serving of food and beverages.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, meeting the hotel’s quality standards.
• Assist with setup of restaurant, ballroom, and function rooms for guest use.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Permission to reside and work in Ireland.
• Full‑time availability throughout the academic year, with flexibility for any shift.
• Reliable independent commute to the workplace.
