About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a high‑performing BDR team focused on the French market. Based in Dublin, you will drive prospecting, pipeline creation, and revenue generation across France while contributing to the broader corporate sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Develop BDRs into sales‑ready candidates for future Account Executive roles.
  • Create and monitor monthly metrics and incentives to exceed lead‑generation targets.
  • Report regularly on lead quantity, quality, and revenue impact to Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define campaign follow‑up and reporting.
  • Work with Operations to recommend process improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the French territory.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably within CRM or enterprise applications.
  • Successful track record of coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Consistent over‑achievement of individual quota expectations.
  • Strong passion for building diverse, high‑performing teams.
