About the role
Join the Conrad Dublin team as a Casual Conferences and Events Assistant, working on a flexible, on‑site schedule. You will support the delivery of memorable guest experiences by preparing meeting rooms and assisting with events throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Set up meeting rooms and event spaces according to client specifications.
- Manage break refreshments and ensure smooth service during events.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver high‑quality service at conferences and functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in team areas.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a luxury property or upscale hotel environment.
- Motivated to create memorable experiences for every guest.
- Luxury mindset – anticipates guest needs and personalises service.
- Team‑player who is collaborative, flexible, fun and dynamic.
- Ambitious and passionate about hospitality.
Required skills
- Ability to follow detailed setup procedures and safety guidelines.
