Catering Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to lead hospitality operations across multiple coffee shops, a busy hospitality team, and a premium client entertainment floor. You will own the delivery of a world‑class guest experience, from arrival to departure, while driving financial performance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering and hospitality operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Maintain compliance with Compass policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to achieve financial targets.
• Control costs including labour, food, waste, agency usage, and overheads.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Drive innovation in food offering, service design, and customer experience.
• Support change initiatives, new service rollouts, and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality management.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and P&L management skills.
• Passion for quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
