Cloud Engineer – Mobile Services Support (Multi‑language)

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join the Mobile Services Support team in Dublin. You will work on mission‑critical, customer‑facing systems that run in public cloud environments across the EU, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain mission‑critical mobile services in public cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to improve service performance.
• Produce timely reports on service metrics and performance indicators.
• Identify and implement enhancements to deployment and monitoring processes.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and critical thinker able to analyse complex technical issues under pressure.
• Fast learner, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with IT or internet‑distributed systems, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Linux operating systems
• Scripting languages such as Bash and Python
• Monitoring tools and network technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps practices (ISO27001/CSA‑STAR a plus)
• Experience with public cloud services (SaaS/PaaS)
