About the role
We are looking for a Contact Centre Trainer to join our global tech leader’s delivery centre in Letterkenny. You will design and deliver high‑quality training for new hires and existing staff, supporting our financial services and customer‑service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate in‑person and Microsoft Teams training sessions for new hires, product/process updates and ongoing skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and report progress to operations teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives.
- Assess training effectiveness using quizzes, simulations and feedback surveys.
- Analyse training data and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Record attendance, evaluations and other training activity data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of contact‑centre operational processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to work rotational 8‑hour shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday‑Friday.
