Control & Reporting Analyst – Financial Close

About the role

The Control & Reporting Analyst will join PepsiCo's PGCS financial reporting team, delivering accurate and timely General Ledger close reporting for multiple entities. The role supports period‑end activities, ensures compliance with US GAAP, PepsiCo policies and SOX controls, and works closely with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support period‑end flash files to meet close and management deadlines.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigate variances and ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage confirmation processes, including intercompany and audit confirmations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and addressing queries.
• Partner with Control & Reporting, FP&A and other finance teams to maintain data integrity and process alignment.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of General Ledger accounting and financial close processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, global environment.
