Customer Service Representative – European Markets

About the role

DITA Eyewear Europe Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve its European markets. The role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing product information, handling orders and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds and handling exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries, deliver appropriate solutions within agreed timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify customer needs to guarantee the correct product is shipped on time.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships through open, interactive communication.
• Support Sales Agents in fostering strong collaborations with accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.
• Support sales sample processes and attend trade shows up to twice a year.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French preferred.
• Self‑motivated, clear communicator, proactive problem‑solver and highly organized.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and order‑management systems (a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
