Data Analyst – Reporting & Insights

About the role

The Data Analyst will support the organisation’s reporting cycles by cleansing, validating and analysing data, ensuring consistency with central reporting structures. You will work on projects that improve data management and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse datasets to uncover trends, key performance indicators and support forecasting activities.
• Extract, cleanse and validate data to guarantee accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align reporting outputs with strategic objectives.
• Assist with data mapping initiatives and contribute to strategic data‑management projects.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data, business intelligence or analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of reporting processes and data governance.
• Experience with lean, project or change‑management methodologies is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
