Deputy General Manager – Pizzeria

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager to be the heart of our pizzeria team. You will ensure the restaurant is spotless, fully stocked and provides an inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy our famous pizza. No prior experience is required – a passion for pizza and a willingness to learn are key.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the pot wash and clean all crockery and glassware.
• Restock supplies, ingredients and consumables throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean floors, bathrooms and overall restaurant hygiene.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
• Deliver a friendly and energetic service environment for guests.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about pizza and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn on the job – no previous experience needed.
• Team‑player who values inclusivity and respect.

Required skills

• Operation of pot wash equipment.
• Basic cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Stock replenishment and inventory awareness.
