About the role

The Director, Data Products leads the strategy and delivery of data products for the MedTech Supply Chain Digital & Data organization. This senior leader transforms raw, fragmented data into trusted, business‑ready assets that power analytics, AI, and fact‑based decision‑making across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for MedTech Supply Chain data products and the enterprise data foundation.
• Build and scale reusable data products, semantic models, and AI‑enabled data assets.
• Transform raw and fragmented data into trusted, business‑ready information.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to ensure data readiness for insights and digital innovation.
• Drive fact‑based decision‑making across supply chain and enterprise functions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data product development, data governance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of supply chain data and MedTech industry dynamics.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business, data, and technology.
• Track record of building high‑quality, reusable data assets that enable analytics and AI.
