About the role

Our client, a leading independent wealth and family office in Ireland, is seeking a Director to join its growing Private Wealth Management team in Cork. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals and families, both pre‑ and post‑retirement, within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic wealth‑management advice to clients, supported by dedicated financial planning and client services teams.
• Generate new business from existing relationships, market channels and referrals.
• Prospect and acquire new high‑net‑worth clients, leveraging the firm’s strong market access.
• Deliver the firm’s wealth‑management proposition while ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain an excellent specialist service for clients.

Required profile

• Highly regarded wealth‑management professional with a proven track record of managing and growing a client book.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Deep knowledge of Irish market products for personal, family and business needs.
• Experience owning relationships for a similar client segment.
• Strong interest and understanding of financial markets across all asset classes.
• Focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering high‑quality service.
