Distribution Driver

About the role

DSV is seeking a professional Distribution Driver to join its logistics network in Naas. You will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering cargo while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transfer, and unload cargo according to customer specifications, ensuring no damage.
• Inspect cargo condition, complete accurate paperwork, and report any discrepancies.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure roadworthiness before each journey.
• Follow all administrative procedures and keep timely records.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations, including IMDG/ADR for hazardous goods.
• Report vehicle faults promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Operate vehicles safely, maintain tachograph and driver documentation.
• Update collection and delivery information in internal systems and communicate deviations to the operations team.

Required profile

• Valid Category C driving licence (essential).
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
• Good written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• ADR certification (advantageous).
