Duty Manager

About the role

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to shape the culture and success of a hotel team. You will contribute to the hotel’s strategy, drive outstanding performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders and oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations.
• Greet guests, inspire the team, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Work across departments, applying strong operational knowledge as needed.
• Assist other managers with interviewing, recruitment and onboarding.
• Coach and train new employees to build confidence and competence.
• Resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints smoothly.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years’ experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel.
• Standards‑driven, especially in Food & Beverage.
• Strong desire to progress and develop a career in hospitality.
• Proven people‑leadership, motivation and talent‑development abilities.
• Excellent communicator comfortable contributing to overall hotel strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all business levels.
