About the role
Sidetrade is seeking a French‑speaking Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for its sales organisation. You will focus on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and building meaningful conversations with key decision‑makers in target accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social channels and structured sequences to target ideal customer profiles.
- Qualify inbound leads promptly, assess buying intent and fit, and schedule discovery meetings or demos.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of early‑stage opportunities for Account Executives or Regional Sales Managers.
- Engage prospects to uncover challenges, pain points and objectives, delivering tailored value propositions.
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop account strategies and outreach plans.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate CRM hygiene and track activity against monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, BDR/SDR, lead generation or customer‑facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient, tenacious and comfortable in a KPI‑driven environment.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to quickly grasp technical products.
