Enterprise Client Director – €150k base

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Client Director to lead strategic growth for a fast‑moving AI‑native digital engineering consultancy in Ireland. The role blends new‑business development with the expansion of existing enterprise accounts, giving you full ownership of a €10m+ portfolio over time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across Ireland, focusing on digital transformation, platform modernisation, AI adoption and engineering acceleration.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts, deepening relationships and driving revenue expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor and mini‑CEO for each portfolio, shaping long‑term partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with senior delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology consulting, product engineering services, or digital transformation solutions to large enterprises.
• Strong commercial maturity, consultative selling style and credibility in senior‑level conversations.
• Ability to balance hunting new opportunities with strategic account growth.
