About the role
This 8‑month temporary position supports the Ireland Country Lead and the broader leadership team, blending high‑level executive assistance with strategic project management. The role is based in Dublin and offers an opportunity to contribute to policy initiatives within a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and international travel arrangements.
- Organise logistics for off‑site events, all‑hands meetings, and internal communications.
- Drive accountability for team goals, manage internal reporting, and oversee the Ireland leadership team budget.
- Design and deliver training programmes to upskill team members.
- Research, implement, and maintain collaboration tools that improve communication.
- Lead project management for policy initiatives affecting the organisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven senior‑level executive assistance experience, including calendar management and end‑to‑end project oversight.
- Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with large, global teams.
- Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality work.
