About the role

Adare Manor is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of The Carriage House, a beautifully restored venue offering lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast. You will ensure that every guest experiences effortless luxury and personalized service in a dynamic, high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team during service periods.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Lead, train and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
• Assist with staff scheduling, operational planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a high‑end hospitality setting.
