Front Office Manager – Hotel & Golf Resort

About the role

The Front Office Manager will lead the front desk, guest services, reservations and lobby operations at Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort. This position ensures seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences, resolves guest concerns promptly, and upholds the resort’s high standards of service and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of guest service consistently.
• Supervise daily front office activities, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and cash handling.
• Maintain accurate room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee room readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Oversee night audit operations and verify daily revenue reports.
• Recruit, train and develop front office staff such as receptionists and reservation agents.
• Prepare and manage rosters to provide adequate coverage based on business levels.
• Foster a positive and professional team environment.
