Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to join the UK & Ireland Platform and Enablement Super Tribe at Flutter. The team drives the next phase of AI innovation, building intelligent systems that will shape our platform and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based backend services using FastAPI, integrating with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS and Bedrock.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript, applying Tailwind CSS and state‑management libraries (Redux or Zustand).
• Own features end‑to‑end, from product requirements through API design, implementation, testing and production deployment.
• Integrate large‑language‑model capabilities, handling prompt engineering, token management, streaming responses and error handling.
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests and ensure high reliability across environments.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers and other engineers to deliver AI‑powered functionality.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with proven experience delivering full‑stack features.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack and taking ownership of complex functionality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a small, high‑performing team.
