Fund Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hedge Fund Accounting professional to lead our fund accounting team as we expand in 2026. This senior position will oversee client relationships, ensure service level agreements are met, and drive accurate NAV calculations across multiple hedge funds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with hedge fund clients, ensuring all SLA commitments are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with teams in Treasury, Finance, Depository, Legal and other departments.
• Review and approve daily, weekly and monthly NAV calculations (full and estimated).
• Produce MIS reports for senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Mentor and lead the accounting team, develop career plans and succession strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hedge fund accounting, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Accounting qualification (or pursuit) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships.
