Fund Reporting Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Fund Reporting Manager to lead the oversight of expense management, fund distributions and related activities for its Irish Money Market Funds and Luxembourg‑domiciled UCITS. The role works closely with third‑party administrators and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage third‑party service administrators (TPAs) to achieve optimal service levels.
• Oversee Invesco Liquidity Funds processes and periodic reporting.
• Coordinate preparation and review of distribution rates for regulatory reporting in Taiwan, Hong Kong and European markets.
• Lead Fixed Distribution Rates Committee activities, including meeting organization, minutes, and policy maintenance.
• Review monthly yield analysis and approve TPA fees under service level agreements.
• Monitor budgets, capped funds and provide quarterly reporting to the Fund Expenses Committee.
• Govern product development, continuous improvement and business change projects.
• Lead, develop and manage a team of direct reports.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in fund administration with a focus on expense management and fund distribution calculations for UCITS and non‑UCITS funds.
• Proven people‑management experience, including leading teams, performance management and staff development.
