Global Process Manager Record to Report

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Global Process Manager for Record to Report (RTR) to join its Global Process Organization in Dublin. The role will lead the design, governance, and standardisation of RTR sub‑processes across the enterprise, supporting the implementation of multi‑divisional ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern global RTR sub‑processes, ensuring standardisation and optimisation.
• Support the RTR transformation agenda and advance Abbott’s ERP roadmap.
• Lead ERP initiatives through requirements, design, change management, data conversion, testing, training, cut‑over and hyper‑care phases.
• Act as the global point of contact for assigned RTR topics such as General Ledger, Controlling, Intercompany, Banking, Costing, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets and Project Systems.
• Maintain the global template, ensuring sustainability and compliance across regions.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders across towers, divisions and geographies without direct authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global finance process management, particularly within Record to Report.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑geographic teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive consensus.
