Granulation Operator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Granulation Operator for a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support its manufacturing and packaging operations. The role involves working on the granulation line and related processes to ensure products are produced safely, on time, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all site EHS policies, guidelines and SOPs.
• Produce product according to specifications, monographs and required paperwork.
• Handle, store, process and control materials in line with ALCOA, SOPs and batch documentation.
• Operate, clean and maintain equipment as per approved documentation.
• Achieve operational targets and meet production deadlines.
• Participate in teamwork initiatives, audits, inspections and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Train and instruct fellow operatives.
• Maintain specialised equipment and tools.
• Complete in‑process testing for manufacturing and packaging according to SOPs.
• Perform other duties as required by new developments or role changes.

Required profile

• Junior/Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of line‑equipment operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• GMP experience preferred.
