Grill Staff – Mallow N20 Plaza

About the role

Supermac’s is looking for enthusiastic Grill Staff to join the team at the Mallow N20 Plaza. You will be responsible for cooking burgers, toasting buns and preparing other grilled items to the brand’s high standards, working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present all grill‑related food items efficiently and according to the Supermac’s operation guide.
• Store, rotate and manage stock in line with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe grill area and back‑kitchen, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Set up the restaurant for service and close down at the end of the shift.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and comply with management requests.

Required profile

• Hard‑working and able to work well under pressure.
• Fluent in English with the legal right to work in Ireland.
• Prior cooking or grill experience.
• Flexibility to work full‑time Monday‑Friday and weekends.

Required skills

• Grill operation and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and cleaning schedules.
