Guest Services Manager

About the role

Portico, part of the WSH Group, is launching a brand‑new guest services operation at the newly built Dublin headquarters of a leading professional services firm. As Guest Services Manager you will own the end‑to‑end guest experience, building a best‑in‑class reception and hospitality service that reflects the client’s culture and global reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and lead a newly created Guest Services team.
• Design and implement a comprehensive guest experience strategy across all visitor touchpoints.
• Act as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders and ensure seamless front‑of‑house operations.
• Analyse performance data, drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with facilities, security, workplace and hospitality partners to deliver a unified experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in corporate guest services, luxury hospitality, aviation or premium customer‑service environments.
• Track record of managing high‑performing front‑of‑house teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, coaching, development and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with senior client stakeholders.
