Head of Fast-Food Operations – Ireland

About the role

This senior leadership position oversees a multi‑site fast‑food division across Ireland, driving operational performance, commercial growth, and customer experience. You will shape the strategic direction of a rapidly expanding food service business and influence its nationwide footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of all fast‑food locations, ensuring sales growth, profitability and high standards of food quality and service.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to support market expansion and new site openings.
• Coach and mentor site managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Analyse commercial performance, labour costs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning and people development across the division.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior multi‑site leadership experience in QSR, fast‑food or high‑volume food service.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and managing labour.
• Excellent people‑development and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
