Hospitality Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Hospitality Team Leader for a busy contract catering site in Parkmore. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will coordinate bookings, set up venues and ensure food and drink services are delivered to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and manage client bookings and schedule venue setups.
• Organise and supervise the preparation of food and beverage areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor health, safety and HACCP compliance on site.
• Collaborate with the Unit Manager and support staff to achieve daily targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality or catering role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong team‑player attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable time‑management and organisational abilities.
