Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Staycity is looking for a motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to uphold the high standards of cleanliness and guest experience across our aparthotel properties. You will support the housekeeping team, ensure SOP compliance, and contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team in implementing and following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Staycity’s quality benchmarks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties when needed, supporting the team on busy periods.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to build a cohesive, high‑performing team.
• Maintain the property’s presentation and hygiene standards consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self‑organise.
• Proven ability to manage, guide and inspire a team.
