HR Business Partner – People Experience & Technology

About the role

The HR Business Partner will drive operational excellence and organizational health across multiple Amazon sites in Ireland. Acting as an individual contributor, you will partner directly with field leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate two‑way communication through feedback mechanisms such as Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and Gemba walks.
• Design, execute, and monitor employee engagement and recognition programs, including budget planning.
• Build inclusive environments by establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and uphold Amazon facility standards.
• Partner with safety teams to implement consistent safety programs and lead community initiatives.
• Analyze data trends to predict challenges, identify systemic issues, and drive proactive solutions.
• Promote adoption of HR technology, AI, and self‑service tools while providing high‑touch support when needed.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and employee relations.
• Support change initiatives by reinforcing messaging and helping leaders embed change into daily routines.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a focus on building trust.
• Demonstrated capability to lead employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to frequent mobility across locations.
