About the role
We are seeking an HR Employee Capability Coordinator to join our People team in Dublin. The role focuses on designing, delivering and managing learning and development initiatives that enhance manager and employee capabilities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver HR‑related learning programmes, including people management, performance management and employee development training.
- Manage day‑to‑day administration and backend functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programmes.
- Source and curate internal and external training content aligned with organisational needs.
- Partner with universities, training providers and learning partners to develop tailored initiatives.
- Identify capability gaps, track training effectiveness, engagement and ROI, and produce KPI reports.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics, and support wider HR and organisational development projects.
- Assist with change initiatives and employee engagement activities as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Employee Capability, HR or Talent Development.
- Proven experience delivering HR‑related training to managers and employees.
- Experience managing or supporting an LMS platform.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Relevant degree or qualification in HR, Business or a related field.
