HR Generalist – Full‑Time Permanent

About the role

Silver Stream Healthcare Group is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Head Office in Ratoath. The role offers a hybrid working model and provides the opportunity to develop HR expertise within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
• Support line managers with performance management, probation reviews, appraisals and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee absence management, analyse trends, and coordinate occupational health assessments.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities: advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain and update HR policies, benefits packages, employee files and compliance with legislation.
• Provide employee assistance programme support and deliver management development training as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
