HR Generalist / People Consultant

About the role

BMS Cruiserath Biologics is looking for a permanent HR Generalist / People Consultant to join its People Services team in Dublin. The role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to People Managers, providing guidance on workforce management, HR policies, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for managers on complex workforce and HR policy matters.
• Proactively plan and implement up‑skilling strategies for new People Managers.
• Provide counsel and support to experienced People Managers navigating people processes.
• Help foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

• Strong problem‑solving orientation.
• Passion for helping managers succeed.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
