Implementation Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Rippling is looking for a French‑speaking Implementation Manager to join its Global Implementation team in Dublin. You will act as the trusted technical and strategic advisor for enterprise customers deploying Rippling’s all‑in‑one employee management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise implementations, owning timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deployments and strategic decisions.
• Facilitate monthly steering committee sessions with C‑level stakeholders, presenting progress and managing scope changes.
• Conduct deep discovery and scoping workshops to map business processes and define integration requirements.
• Coordinate alignment across IT, Finance, HR, Payroll and Operations teams, securing buy‑in at all levels.
• Provide domain expertise on HR, payroll and accounting best practices to guide customers through transformation.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless adoption.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
