Indirect Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join the newly‑formed Corporate Real Estate team of a leading global investment firm in Dublin. The role will focus on strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship optimisation across a range of business categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement and sourcing activities for indirect spend.
• Lead RFx processes, evaluate vendors and select suppliers.
• Review, negotiate and administer commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, Legal and Finance.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives, monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and contract negotiation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
