About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our Dublin‑based client’s established IT team. The role is permanent and based on‑site in the city centre, offering the chance to work with a market‑leading organisation and develop your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on‑site and via cloud services.
- Assist with setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, phones and other end‑user devices.
- Maintain a highly organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
- Register, monitor and escalate tickets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years experience in a technical support role.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and managing security groups.
- Ability to process access requests and manage permissions.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting of Office 365 issues and software installations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn.
