Integrated Healthcare Clinical Lead

About the role

Laya healthcare is building an integrated, connected care ecosystem across Ireland. The Integrated Healthcare Clinical Lead will shape how members access care through clinics, digital services and provider networks, ensuring care is simpler, smarter and more coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the integrated healthcare framework to ensure seamless service integration across the Laya ecosystem.
• Provide medical leadership on service design, innovation and development of new care propositions.
• Create evidence‑based care pathways and coordination programmes that improve access and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
• Lead clinical governance, risk identification, escalation and mitigation across all digital and physical channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and internal governance standards while maintaining clinical independence.
• Mentor and support clinicians, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration and a culture of clinical innovation.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and other departments to manage clinical issues and align with Laya’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Essential: Registered Medical Doctor with the Irish Medical Council.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, pathway design, and integrated care models.
