Internal Communications Business Partner (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Primark is looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work across the business to design and deliver communication strategies that support our global priorities and help colleagues stay informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications and engagement plans aligned with Primark’s global strategy.
• Create compelling storytelling, video and digital content to boost advocacy and brand connection among employees.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging that reflects business strategy, purpose and values.
• Lead change‑communication initiatives, guiding teams through transformation journeys.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs and cross‑functional teams to run integrated campaigns, managing timelines, stakeholders and execution.
• Promote internal channels (e.g., ZING), measure engagement impact, support key events and manage crisis communications when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑channel internal communications and engagement strategies in a global organisation.
• Strong ability to translate complex business information into clear, compelling content.
• Proven experience managing change and crisis communications.
• Authentic, collaborative mindset with a passion for people‑first culture.
