IT Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Operations Engineer to join Distilled’s IT team in Dublin. You will ensure a seamless hybrid working environment for roughly 250 employees, delivering reliable support and continuously improving our internal IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support via ticketing system, handling hardware, software and system issues, and managing equipment lifecycle.
• Administer and monitor core infrastructure including networking, firewalls, video‑conferencing and AV systems to guarantee performance and security.
• Manage identity and access using Okta and Active Directory, including MFA and policy administration.
• Control remote devices through Jamf, Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace, and oversee user onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Drive operational excellence by creating documentation, maintaining asset inventory and refining escalation processes.
• Contribute to IT projects with a focus on automation, innovation and security, and support company‑wide events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Proven ability to balance reactive support with proactive maintenance and improvement.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce of 200+ users.
