IT Systems Support Analyst – Full‑time

About the role
ISAC Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst to join its shared services team in Fortunestown, Tallaght. You will report to the Business Systems Manager and play a key role in supporting business applications, managing incidents and maintaining hardware across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for core business applications, including monitoring system processes and executing upgrades, patches and user‑acceptance testing.
- Act as the primary liaison between third‑party vendors and internal users, translating technical issues into clear, non‑technical language.
- Monitor incident and service‑request queues, track SLA performance and produce KPI dashboards.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and contribute to continuous service‑improvement initiatives.
- Deliver hands‑on hardware support: build, image, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals, and manage hardware lifecycle activities such as onboarding and refreshes.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking, system documentation and support procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Analyst, IT Support or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to support applications and end‑users, troubleshoot networking, printers and user access.
- Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users, management and vendors.
Required skills
- SQL Developer or comparable database tools.
- Working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Citrix environments.
- Fundamental networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware configuration, imaging and deployment.
