Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Ashgrove Renewables is looking for a motivated Graduate/Junior Full Stack Developer to join its fast‑growing team in Mallow, Ireland. The role offers exposure to the full software development lifecycle, allowing you to build scalable backend services and modern front‑end applications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain backend services and web‑based front‑end applications.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical evaluations and technology selection.
• Collaborate with department heads to define and measure KPIs/KQIs aligned with business goals.
• Liaise with Zoho support for complex integrations and enhancements.
• Assist in maintaining existing applications and provide IT support to colleagues.

Required profile

• BA or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Proven experience in full‑stack development, preferably in a graduate or junior role.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
