Junior Recruitment Consultant – Fast-Track Your Career

About the role

Archer is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to leverage client‑facing experience from the events sector into a fast‑moving recruitment environment. You will work primarily within the IT market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while driving your own career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across a variety of industries.
• Proactively source, screen and qualify candidates for IT roles using LinkedIn, networking and database tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with IT industry trends, challenges and opportunities to advise clients and candidates.
• Deliver recruitment solutions that meet client needs and contribute to revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial experience, including 1–3 years in the events industry (e.g., Event Planner, Coordinator, Manager).
• Results‑driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent people skills, communication abilities and resilience under pressure.
